Café Juan Ana is produced and roasted in San Lucas Tolimán, Guatemala. Through our direct trade model, farmers receive above-market rates for their highest quality coffee. The area’s microclimate, altitude of 5,000-7,000 feet, and soil rich with volcanic ash makes for exceptional growing conditions, leading to exceptional shade-grown, 100% Arabica coffee.

Our single-serve cups are compostable and Keurig-compatible. Our expert team roasts the Tradicional San Lucas– formally Regular Roast  – Single Serve ‘Bright brew with subtle citrus and toffee tones’   Especial San Lucas – formally San Lucas Especial  – Single Serve  ‘Smooth, cocoa undertones and dried fruit flavor’  Clásico San Lucas – formally Dark Roast –  – Single Serve ‘Bold, with hints of cocoa and spicy aromatics’
